as a person with varied experience in the collection field i have to say this company is the worst. first on the aspect as to how the employees are treated. collectors are salaried employees and are expected to work overtime but not get paid for it and when you miss a day you lose pay, but if you make up the hours it doesn't matter you don't get paid. from the previous statement posted about saa not caring about families that is 100% true they care about the money and getting the money now. they dont care how you have to get it, they just care that you do. When they feed the line that they have no personal interest in whether you pay or not, once again totally incorrect. the person you are talking to has 100% interest whether you pay or not that is money in their pocket. Don't be fooled when someone tells you all or nothing.of course they want it all, that is less money towards their quota if they don't get it all. if all else fails and you have nothing to lose in case of lawsuit and you have a debt in 3rd party collections by all means just let them know to "cease and desist any further contact with you"
