I hired this company to create and manage my adwords. I got their promotion of one month free management. They set it up and started the campaign. I let their campaign run for two weeks. The results they gave was the WORST i have seen from any other company i have worked with. I made what I spent on adwords. I have managed adwords my self and have spent $1 to make $3 from day 1 of starting my campaign. They were using weak call to action. They had about 28 keywords in total that were all in broad modified match. They really suck at managing adwords. I tried to ask for a refund, but they never answered my emails or calls after I told them that I no longer want to work with your company. I wish I could sue them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry you were so disappointed with our service, and we’ve gone back and checked with your StubGroup account manager to determine why you believe we were unresponsive to your phone calls and e-mails. After auditing our e-mail and phone records for your account, it appears that we did reply to your e-mails and proactively call you on numerous occasions to discuss your concerns (this is in addition to the many positive conversations we’d had with you during the first two weeks of managing your campaigns). However, for whatever reason we were unable reach you after you notified us that you wanted to end our working relationship, and we did not receive any return phone calls from you in response to our voicemails. We apologize for any miscommunication on our end, and we are still available to speak with you at any time.
