StubHub Stubhub.com Bought tickets from StubHub for a April 6th Heat/Grizzlies game, but got tickets for a April 8th Heat/Pistons game instead! San Francisco, California

We went to Miami for the kid's Spring Break this past year.  We were there from April 1st to April 8th.  I decided to take my son to the Heat/Grizzlies basketball game on Friday April 6th, so we went online to StubHub.com to purchase the tickets.  And so we  bought tickets for the Friday night April 6th Heat/Grizzlies game.  After the purchase, I checked the email receipt from StubHub, I immediately noticed the tickets were for a different game, the Heat/Pistons game for Sunday April 8th. 

I called StubHub to tell them that I did not buy the Sunday tickets but they did not care, they said my only option is to resell the tickets.  I told them that I don't want to resell a pair of tickets that I never purchased but they still didn't care, they were very rude and condescending about it.  They said that I needed to prove to them that I didn't buy the Sunday tickets.  When I asked them how to prove it, they said I should have taken screen shots off the website.  Now I understand that StubHub is actually the middle man and they do not hold or sell the tickets themselves, but the seller mis-advertised the tickets and ripped me off and StubHub allowed it to happen.
