Hello.

I'am sorry for my english. So in two words.

I made account on StubHub and put on sale 4 tickets. First 2 i sold without problems, but after i sold another 2 tickets i got email that i made mistake in ROW and buyer asked for replacement..so StubHub immediately charged my credit card for 190$ without my permision...ok that's my mistake, so i put on sale that tickets again and sold it in 30 minutes..everything looks good, but right before event i got email that all my orders are cancelled without explanation:)it happened 2 hours before concert...NEVER NEVER NEVER buy or sell something on StubHub, they are legit scammers like timeshare...

so i lost 4 tickets - total cost: 500$ + they charged my credit card 190$ = 690$ :)

i planned to sell tickets and buy something, but with stubhub i lost 690$

StubHub I spent almost $1,000 on StubHub to surprise my daughters with 12th row, we arrived, someone else was in our seats with physical tickets with our seat numbers! I spent the entire concert trying to reach someone in customer service (never happened) while the confused venue ushers seated us in one of the last seats on the floor farthest from the center (the last 3 seats in the row to be exact). StubHub claims 100% customer satisfaction, but refused to refund me even $1!

Stubhub Purchased 2 event tickets from Stubhub. Stubhub charged my card AND cancelled tickets 48 hours to event without notifying me. I wasted money on hotel room, as well. I want reimbursement for tickets and hotel. Stubhub refuses. Las Vegas Nevada
