I found this job in the Miami Herald and came to find out they had close to 8 classifieds all with different descriptions for the same job. I went to the office for the first interview and there was loud music playing you could barely hear people talking it was so unprofessional. The interview was conducted by Bonnie there was myself and three other applicants in the interview. She ran through her speal and it all sounded too rehearsed. She made sure she left you with no time or chance to ask questions. I was then invited to a second interview and there was about 20 or so people. They put us all in a room in a seating arrangment. Then this guy "The Boss" Steve Tejada comes in and begins his presentation. At the beginning they tell you not to raise your hand and ask any questions which is suspicious, but Steve is a very obnoxious man he uses dirty language and brags about materialistic things. During his brangging he also exaggerates a lot, what he is trying to do is fool these people into thinking he is someone and falsely lead them into believing that he is offering them a once in a lifetime opportunity (which is a lie). He then makes his selections and invites his new hirees to come back that Mon. On Mon. they again tell you no questions... Steve gets up and talks about karate kid saying he had to paint fences, wax cars, and sand decks before he was karate kid. He was making implications that you have to work hard doing crappy things and have blind faith so he can make you rich. All the time dancing around the issue of what you will be doing. They haven't once told you that they expect you to go around selling perfume on the streets to make him money while you make nothing. This is a scam it's a way for him to move his product and make the most return by not having to pay employees and telling them they are independent contractors. He told us to make a list of our friends and family and call them up and tell them they are going to buy perfume and get the money that day and bring it in the next, my suspiscions rising I didn't raise my hand when he asked us,"Everyone raise your hand if you are excited about our first task." Excited about our first task? How could I be excited once I figured out what game he was running. So he called me out and asked why I didn't raise my hand? I answered that I thought it was weird that we couldn't ask any questions and that I wasn't excited about the first task. Now he is the kind of person who tells people what to do and everyone always does it, the kind of person you can't say no to, the kind of person who only cares about themself, and he didn't want me to make other people wonder as well. So he told me to leave in a very rude and abrupt way. I then informed the others that their was reports on ripoff.com and they should google it. He became infuriated and started cussing me out. Trying to make me look bad in front of the others and gain back some respect for himself. I hope other people can see through his fake fasode and help stop him from using people to make him money. They ussered me out of the building rather quickly and were extremly rude, innapropriate, and unprofessional. One last note they claim to be in the fashion industry and Steve and his wife were both extreme fashion victims their looks were so dated I wasn't sure if I had stepped back in time.

Third Party Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Abourdin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 15, 2008

I have to say, as a third party who has absolutely nothing to do with the situation , that as an attorney, the one above me has no etiquette whatsoever and is definitely NOT professional...

last I checked, using someone elses name is identity fraud, and if thats not the case then perhaps instead of insulting someone elses demeanor you should go back to law school and learn how to spell libel and learn that you are not to throw out someones "marginally financial" state.

As I said, it's very unprofessional, unethical, and altogether disgusting the way you spoke to those girls. The first amendment IS Freedom of Speech! If i don't like the way a company gyps me, then gosh darnit I DONT LIKE IT. It's not fair that honest people who are looking for employment get used because finding employment in Miami is hard enough as it is without having to swerve and jump over the fake scam artists like the above mentioned.

You, my dear, and the company... are a rip off.

and lawyers can get paid so much more by defending the right people.

And don't waste you're time writing back.
Nobody cares...

tah tah! :)

studio 99 rebuttal from corporate attorney, The Newmark Law Firm, CEO/Pres Steve Tejeda, VP Dana Tejeda

AUTHOR: The Newmark Lawfirm - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 25, 2008

The following rebuttal by The Newmark Law Firm representing TNT and Studio 9 is directed and regarding false allegations made against these companies by KIM (on 6/15/07) and SUZIE (on 1/27/07). SUZIE (not her real name) has not been located, therefore all rebuttals will be directed solely at KIM, but also apply to SUZIE.

It is hard to not judge something that is counterproductive and destructive. When someone comes and gives you advice, (free advice), you get what you pay for. When they offer you their point of view, you have to really step back and ask yourself do I want their results? (Unemployed with marginal financial circumstances). Do they have an agenda here? There is something people do called leveling; that is when they see themselves below someone else and they have to do something to level that out. Some do it by just becoming AMAZINGLY EGOMANIACAL and just inflating themselves. Others do it by trying to tear the other person down to their level, as in the case of KIM, (one of the subjects of this rebuttal).

Readers of these Reports, make them bring you evidence, proof of what they would base this theory on; (there is not a lot there). So you take that information from that Source and you use that as a foundational influence? What if those allegations are false? What then? Be intelligent, listen to your instincts, stop listening to freelance advisors that are living failures, (unemployed people with marginal financial circumstances like SHAWNTILL aka KIM).

We have not heard nor seen any credible evidence here that warrants these accusations that have been made against these businesses (Studio 9/TNT). We have heard no compelling argument, no logic, no factual patterns or evidence that suggests that this is a scam. The behavior of Ms. M--- doesn't seem mentally healthy. This is a form of abuse and we won't allow it. Deal with the facts, not myths, lies and downright stupidity.

Ms. M---, as a mature adult when you choose behavior, you must choose consequences. You should know that the information you are disseminating is inaccurate. As a trial lawyer, I am here to tell you that cases are won and lost based on proof through evidence. Evidence are not statements made by people based on things they learned from other people, that would rank hearsay and not provable in a court of law. If one cannot prove what they are putting in writing and publishing for the public, then they are setting themselves up for a lawsuit, which would likely result in money damages owing by them to the entity(s) (Studio 9/TNT) that they have defamed or suffered liable or slander against.

Ms. M--- you should take this matter very seriously. Studio 9 and TNT take this matter very seriously. As stated in the certified letter this law firm sent to you, cease and desist and retract any and ALL statements including subject of this rebuttal, or this law firm (that represents TNT and Studio 9) will be initiating a lawsuit against you for all damages available as a matter of law.

Govern yourself accordingly.
