Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I am not sure how this store is still in business. If I were the goverment I would certainly monitor this business for scam and coruption. He sale junk electornic and he never tell you about his policy, however, as soon as you leave the store and find out that you purchase is not working, he will state that they do not refund, or echange any thing you have purchased from them and the sale is final,

Hello:
I went to the store, and spoke to the manager. He got the charge I bought working. So, I do not have any issue with them any more..The only issue I had is that when I went back to the hotel, and the charger did not work, I looked into the recipt to find out that the sale is final and no return or echange os allowed. The problem is that the sale's man did not advise me about their policy.
I am OK know and this reported can be deleted.
