I initially used the services of Studio Oasis to create an artist rendering of a building in north Florida. I contacted Hans from Studio Oasis in January of 2010. Production finally got started on March 1.

On March 25, Hans send an email stating that the rendering was almost ready and I would soon receive samples. On April 27 I still had not received the samples and was told "The image will be sent to you this afternoon. You will be discounted for the delay." On May 6, having still not received the rendering, I asked for my money back, $210. On May 10, I received one sample and a lame excuse for the delay.

I called Han in May to let her know that I was completely dissatisfied. In fact, there was a deadline for the rendering that had passed weeks before I received the one sample. She indicated that the company does not do refunds but that she could use it towards other services. We agreed upon the creation of a logo.

A month later, on June 15, I asked about the status of the logo which was very simple; I was told it would only take about two weeks. On June 17, I was told that "several samples with color options are in progress and will be ready soon."

By July 2, I still did not have have logo samples. I inquired and Hans send them the same day. I was very disappointed with the creativity, but exhausted with the ordeals with Hans. I selected one logo and received it on July 6.

The creation of the logo was actually less than $210, so I was given the option to have a second color scheme. On July 6, I opted for a black and white of the same logo. I did not hear from Hans or receive the black and white logo until August 17.

The company's lack of communication and professionalism is appaling and unwarranted. I will never do business with them again and warn others to stay away also.

No good deed goes unpunished

Studio Oasis is a creative agency specializing in stunning 3d renderings for interior design and small commercial projects. Our typical turnaround is 1 week and marketing images start at $2,000/image.  Natasha reached out to us on Jan 31st and we replied to her inquiry within hours. She was asking questions such as 'what are files?' and we tried our best to assist her through the whole process. Our price for an image is typically $2,000. We gave her a major discount honestly to be nice because she expressed she was on a budget. Although completely false, we felt it was necessary to reply to this review to set the record straight. After requesting the files, we were actually the ones waiting on Natasha. She emailed us apologizing for the delay and after realizing she used up so much company time already, we settled on the logo. Natasha wasn't okay with waiting for us to close other deadlines for her logo. It was heart breaking we couldn't satisfy Natasha as we aim to create best experience for our clients, but at the same took this as a learning experience to improve our service offerings.
