Went to the photo studio in the Mall over the weekend. We purchased a one hour photo session through Groupon. When we checked in we were told we had a half an hour session because we were on standby. Had to go to the front desk to tell them it was for one hour.  Seems they had mixed us up with someone else.  Took our 13 month old grandbaby for the photo shoot along with their parents.  It was a long day for sure.  Seems like we were there for hours.  They told us to come back. They needed time to edit the pictures.  Went back. They let every one see the photo slide show while our photographer went off to do something else. We loved the pictures.  We told her that the celing was in the shots along with some wires. They said they would edit them out for a fee. They use high pressure tactics to get you to buy over priced pictures and services.  Buyer beware. Don't fall for it.  Walked away feeling it was a waste of our time and a day. Employees must work on commission. Staff was unprofessional and customer service the pits.
