Style 411 Boutique NO RESPONSE After Receiving DEFECTIVE Item and Sending Four Emails Internet

I ordered three items from Shop 411 Boutique 3 weeks ago. I received the items successfully however one shirt had dark spots all over it.

I emailed the company (because the phone number listed is not working - which should have given me the first clue) immediately to request information to send the shirt back for a refund.

After receiving no response, I tried emailing them on their website - Again, with no response. After a total of 5 emails, I have lost hope in returning the shirt for a refund.

Very bad business.
