A pair of jeans was ordered online on January 30th, 2008. According to the description, items are shipped next day and they arrive in 3-4 bussiness days. The shipping cost was 18 dollars. As of today, February 7th, 2008 the order is still showing as "processing". The credit card was charged the next day of the purchase. I have sent multiple emails asking for information, but I have received no replies. No phone number is provided; the real-time "chat-line" has been deactivated. These guys are unbelievable!
