Styles checks charges yur credit card immediately. They market your order will be sent in 7 to 14 days. The orders never arrive and if they do you have to call and jog their memory. They tipcally send them to the incorrect address while your money is in their account and you are having to call (a number that is rarely answered and when it is ) they can't help you in a timely manor.

I was on the phone 48 minutes. When I did not get any answers other that wait another week. (another 7 busienss days) i called the charge card company. Their game is to have you file a dispute application. They will not take a report by phone. Now by the time it takes the charge card company to send a dispute form, fill it out and send it back in, months have gone by. I requested a form 3 months agon and to date have not recieved it.I called Styles back, assured them I would not pay for the checks.

I recieved the checks 2 months later. I called the number they gave to call CS. (customer service) they gave me another number that did not work. I was given another number. After 48 minutes and giving my name
11 times (simple five letter name) giving the zip code 5 times, address 9 times and repeating the numbers on the front of the check box 3 times, I had to be transferred to another person, Sharon # 2336 in Joppa MD. I was angry and disappointed with this company and told Sharon that I would give my information one more time and I would not repeat myself, so write it down.

She pulled up my account immediately.( interesting that the other two persons could not pullup the account in 48 minutes.) I told Sharon I would not pay for these checks and they took two months+ to get. Sent to the wrong address and was not resent in a timely manor. I requested a credit. sharon said a credit would be issued and to rip up the checks. I did.

Don't order from companies who are fattening their bank accounts with your funds, don't have a number to reach them that works, can't help you when you call, keep you on the phone taking your time, (we don't get paid to stay on the phone while they clean up their error)

Would you pay for a cab who is keeping the meter running while he or she is reading the map? Not acceptable. Would you hire an attorney who does not know the law and has to research your case on your dollar? When we hire an attorney do we want to pay for his or her education? I don't think so!

If we stop ordering from companies and insist that don't have good policies and godo CS help, we can STOP THE SCAMMING. Please don't order from STyles Checks. YOU could be their next victim! YES I have ordered from them in the past. This does not say they are good or bad it simply says I have ordered and have received my checks in a timely manor. I was a victim of their scam.

I would like to have $11.34 to put in my account every day and not have to send an order until I was forced to.

As the manager of Styles Checks Call Center, I would like to take the opportunity to respond to customer Roz's complaint. There wasn't enough information in the complaint on this site for me to investigate fully what occurred with the customer. Styles Checks is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Maryland with an outstanding record.

Some of the allegations that this particular customer has made are unfounded and completely false. We follow the strictest guidelines in regard to the FTC and other commerce guidelines. Our Customer Satisfaction Index Scores are well above the national average for similar type companies. We pride ourselves on servicing our customers in the most friendly and efficient manner and to provide them with a quality product at a fair price. We have an active customer base of over 7 million customers with the vast majority rating us above the national average in customer service, quality and price. Although rare, errors do occur at times that may cause a customer to experience delays in shipment or other customer service related issues but we do what we can to appease the customer and to find resolution if at all possible.

In the extreme rare event that we are not able to appease a customer, or if that customer did not receive the service that we expect all of our customers to receive, and they feel that they have exhausted all efforts in getting resolution, we encourage that customer to contact their BBB and file a complaint at which the complaint can be responded to in a professional manner via a third party.
