Subscriber Services Inc. Magazine Company scam, and ripping people off. Arvada Colorado

On or around Febuary 26th, 2008, I received a call from a telemarketer. And they were offering a wide range of magazines. Now, I have medical problems that mess up my comprehending and proccessing. When I was receiving this call, I was not on a very good day, I was blacking out/spacing out. My thinking was not there, so I was listening but I was just not understanding. Subscriber Services called me offerring me all these options, and when they told me that they have my credit card(debit card from my bank) I asked them how they got it. I told them I was not interested, but they didn't give up. And when I was saying yes to something my husband said(under my breath), they took that as a yes and ran my numbers. Now I am stuck paying a balance, I can't pay. And I've called them up repeatedly to cancel it, but to find out it's non-cancellable. I told them, I have no money to pay $68.97 a month, so they put it down to $43.10 month, and I told them again, I don't have the money. They argue with me, I haven't heard of a company that argues with a customer. And I know all other magazine companies will let you cancel. So, now I have had to switch my bank numbers once and put up stop payments. They last time they called me on April 1, 2008 and I was having another bad day, I got so fed up, hung up the phone and called my mother. She told me to look them up on the internet, and I could not find them. Then I did, on the Rip Off Report.com. They are a scam, so now I am writing to the Vermont Secretary of State to help me. To find a way out of this amount that's almost over a thousand dollars.
