Subscriber Services - Magazine City Magazine Ripp-Off of changing the amount owed Arvada Colorado

I recieved a magazine sales special introductory offer phonecall from magazine city a charge of $58.99 for a one year subscription,also,i was told i would receive three other magazines for free,and entered me into a sweepstakes.
Later I recieved a phone call from them a month later telling me the bill would be $58.99 monthly. they sai d i agreed to pay this much ,but i did not. They played the recorded phone call of my order subscription. I listened to it. There were interference noises and the words the service worker spoke were muffled and unclear. The magazine city sales phone worker then said,does that sound right? I said no and that I wasn't going to pay for something Ididn't agree to pay for and hung-up the phone, then reporting this to this website.

I can find the right person to correct this extreme error!!!
