Subway Franchise Fred Deluca Subway Franchise rips off it's Franchisees Charlotte Nationwide

*General Comment: This Review makes me want to use this florist.

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Subway Franchise keeps opening more stores, on top of the existing ones, so existing stores keep loosing sales. They have the most number of stores but profit from each store is extemely low and it has gone lower every year. They keep the store owners tangled with paper work, useless computer software, and annoying inspections that contribute nothing to the quality but take away from onwers running their stores.

Partly the fault lies with new franchisees that are so desperate to own their business that they keep investing with Subway. People need to understand Subway was a good business 20 years ago, now it's not worth it and causes psychological pain and suffering. Long hours with no reward or future.

There is a reason why almost none of the thousands of Subway stores are owned by the company. There is not enough profit for company to run a store by hiring even minimum wage workers. Only below minimum wage Franchisees/Owners can run these stores, but Subway is hell bent to destroy their own franchise by dumping more and more on the Franchisees and taking away more and more of the profits. The greed and disconnect here is unbelievable.

 After reading this review, it's made me want to use this florist! The florists email respond is THE ABSOLUTE best. I know "CJ Brooks" personally. First off, she is NOT an attorney. She has watched one, too many episodes of "Law and Order" and feels as if she can add "Esquire" at the end of her name and like magic, become an attorney. Second, I'm a little confused as to why she would add "et al" to her signature. For those of you who don't know, including CJ Brooks, the Latin term "et al" means "and others." If she's writing this complaint from the standpoint of an isolated event that only happened to her, why on earth would she sign it CJ Brooks, et al? If you really want to see the type of person that CJ Brooks is, Google: CJ Brooks Harass. Also Google "All in the Spam'ly" which ia a news article written by a now famous and we'll respected author.

Pay close attention to the comments which were ALL written by CJ Brooks INCLUDING a comment made by a fictitious "lawyer" who was not registered to any National Bar Association. In every single thing that you read about this woman, she's always threatening to sue for a ridiculous amount of money that she NEVER gets. And lastly, go to her website entitled "One Voice/One Sound." Nothing but lies right down to that fake hit counter. Google the names of the two AMBASSADORS. Nothing comes up. They are imaginary too. She harassed an apartment community. She also harassed another woman from a church and if my memory serves me correctly I believe that woman actually died.

In my opinion, CJ Brooks is an evil and malicious person who posts negative information when they disagree with her illogical way of thinking. Illogical in the sense that even on the Home page of her website, she states that she's trying to collect 100 pages of comments to help raped kids. How are COMMENTS going to assist abused kids????? Another example of her illogical thought process...She is SUPPOSED TO BE AN ADVOCATE for abused kids but listen to the music on her page. One of the songs on her page is "I believe I can fly" by R.Kelly who was accused of having sex with a 14 year old and then urinating on her. She cannot use the defense that he was never convicted because neither were MANY of the people that she has profiled on her page. So yes, her simian mind cannot comprehend even the most basic of things. I agree with the gentleman who told her to "Eat s*** and die." I'm PRETTY sure that she deserved it and KUDOS to the florist for not giving this broke, (((REDACTED))) a SINGLE dime!
