This company fleeced me for $5250. The money was supposed to get me customers to sign up with the busisness using their credit card terminals. The creidt card terminals that they provided was supposed to be cheaper for businesses than the ones they were presently using so they would gladley switch to do business with SBS. In turn I would get a percentage of every single credit card transaction from the new sign up as well as a $500 bonus for each new signup. The $5250 was supposed to be money to advertise for the new businesses. I was told that it woiuld take at least 30 days before everything was in place and I would start seeing new businesses in my downline and start to see monetary results. That never happened. When I started calling I was informed that the company was "gone". They have an on line presence but I can't get in touch with them. So my money is just gone. The person I talked to was Charles Simmons. This company was in business since 2006 so I thought it was OK. Can you help?

I have had a similar experience with Successful Business Solutions. And no doubt following the same sales outline as you received. Somehow they received my name and phone number from someone or some company - they would not say. In the end it cost me $3,500 with no result. I came to trust this company after talking with about 4 people from the company. Who would have thought that there would be that many people in on a scam. This happened late Nov, early Dec 2015.
Shortly after receiving my money I received a call from an Edward Allen from 'All Radio Marketing' (Jan 6) stating they received my name from SBS and they wanted to help set up an online radio station for me and were asking for more money. Stating to them that I would not do any business with a company that dealt with SBS and that ARN refused to give me any contact information for SBS. ARN called back several times to try to get me to buy and each time I asked for more info for SBS. During one call a man stated that they no longer deal with SBS as they didn't believe them to be reputable and that SBS moved to the corner of 35th & Indian School. Said he would get the owner to call me back but I bever received a call back.
Some names that are affiliated with Successful Business Solutions are: Dora Luna, sales agent, and Kevin Herjavec, coach.
I did tell my story to FTC but that didn't go anywhere. I would like to get the local police involved and see if there are any other complaints.
