Suddath relocation, the local company for United Van Lines, misrepresented our damage coverage, which we did not find out until we tried to file a claim for the USD 2500+ in damages that they subjected our property to from our move from California to Texas June 2008.
Contact with the company and the management has been painful and they basically dismissed us not responding to emails, etc
They have recently forced through charges we have disputed (have in dispute with their senior management) on our VISA.
We want the company to repair our items as requested and to stop ignoring our inquiries and to do the right thing and honor their commitments.
