I started using this company over three years ago, ordering from them once a year for Mother's Day. The company seems to be ran by only one person, which is a buyer beware already. My first order in 2005 took over three weeks to come in. I only ordered one product and lived less than two hours from the seller.

I figured that the owner was backed up so I gave her another chance and placed an order in 2007. I waited patiently until a month rolled by. No package. I emailed her asking her if she knew the whereabouts of my packages. Three days later she emails me back saying that 'somehow' the order got lost in Paypal. Two weeks later the package finally arrived. The owner placed several extra things in it, I guess for screwing up my order.

So, it's a few weeks before Mother's day rolls around and I order a few body products from this website. This was the last chance I was going to give Michelle. It's been over a month now and I have emailed her repeatedly. She refuses to respond to my emails. She charged my paypal for items and shipping a while ago but my order still has not come through and I'm sick of it. Many people are having the same problems with her and I wasn't surprised to find that Michelle has been reported to the BBB several times already.

Please, avoid Suds and Light at all costs. The owner is lazy and uncaring about your orders and half the time they don't even turn out right. We need to stop supporting low quality etailers like this and give other etailers another chance.
