 suffolkcounty dept of social service is violating my civil rights aswell as my constitutional rights. i am disabled and amental health patient i was living in comfort of the rodeway inn when i was ripped out to go to a womans shelter in riverhead some 5.6 hours from ,my program despite being furnished with a letter from my program reqiring me to b housed within travel distance of said program. i ama mental health patient and have sucidal tendencies my name is annette v and i need help.
