Followup:  Sugarbug Beach Wedding Bakery & Catering being evicted is a local rumor where only God and the owners know the real reason they moved to a new location.  They moved from the city of Gulf Shores to Foley, AL operating as a division of GM Hospitality Co., LLC.    Also under Alabama law, businesses are legally allowed to operate and enter into contracts without a business license and it’s not considered fraud.  Therefore, you be the judge if you want to conduct business with a company that’s not required to have license or not.  Regardless, always do your do diligent by checking with the BBB and records of local Government Business Licenses department.
