Sugarcraft Lack of customer service or respect hamilton, Ohio

this is a horrible company to deal with.  Nothing is delivered on time, or what it is advertised to be.  Out of 5 orders one was what it was advertised to be.  I put in an order for an edible label for a wine bottle, I sent an actual photo -a jpg file- that I produced on Jan 30th, they kept saying it didnt come thru try sending as a file-I did now try sending it as a jpg which I did the first time, they apparently didntot know how to enhance, enlarge or work with a computer.  I gave exact size I wanted.  When I got fed up with this I finaly said I cant wait any longer please cancel this order it wont get here in time for the cake.  I was emailed back we cant cancel once order is take.  I emailed that I had an on line shopping service and it was possible to refund or cancel orders.  Then miraculously she just happened to remember that it had been printed and sent out alreadyt.  Seven days later I get the order, and was nothing what I ordered.  It was so blurry you couldnt read it, it was half the size I requested.  they sent 3 labels on one sheet which was Ok because I only needed one (one label was ripped). 
When I did a check on UPS.com to see when they shipped it they sent it out the same day I wanted to cancel the order-she just happened to remember that it had been sent out already.  She apparently just printed whatever she had regardless of quality and shipped it so she could keep my money.
I will never use this company again. and I will spread the word to all other decoratoras, bakers etc not get intwined with this horrible company.

Order was placed on Jan 30 and it arrived on Feb 14th, & not what I ordered.  POOR SERVICE!
