Sugardaddyforme Charged me for a 'free trial' after trying to cancel THREE times before cancellation date! Internet

These people offered me a 30 day free trial. I tried to cancel a total of three times before the cancellation date but they billed my internet bank account anyway. They have admitted they were wrong and made a mistake but would not refund my money. Here is a copy of their email to me:

Dear kougar,

First let me apologize for the delay in the processing of your initial cancellation request. All further billing to your account has been canceled so you will see no other charges from this point on.

If I may ask, why did you want to cancel your account with us? Was the site not what you expected it to be? If you would consider trying us again, I would like to show our appreciation and as an extended apology offer you 2 months of Silver Total Access. One month to make up for the charge that you incurred, as well as one free month of that same membership as a gift, in lieu of a refund. No other changes besides cancellation of billing have been made at this point to your account.

I have written them numerous times and told them I do NOT want a membership but they have refused to answer any email sent to them. My reason for NOT wanting a membership was because almost all the 'ladies' there were either escorts, prostitutes, or scam artists and I told them that in my first email to them. Beware of these jokers! They are crooks, thieves, and they will not answer any emails if there's a dollar to be stolen. They believe they are untouchable!
