This is definitley NOT an integrated hair system. Sarah is nothing but a con artist and she uses family members to help her manipulate large sums of money out of women in real need.
Unfortunately, I trusted some reviews I had read and paid over $5000 for something that made me look ridiculous. What was placed on my head was a nasty cheap fake hair piece. It in no way resembled my own hair color or texture and was attached to my head without any attempt at syling it at all. My family burst out laughing when they saw me because they thought I was playing a joke on them. My dearest friends said they had to tell me it looked worse than a wig! What is more the so called "system" was also extremely uncomfortable and gave me a terrible migraine headache. The whole experience was truly devastating to my self esteem and of course even more so to my bank account. I had saved up all year looking for help with my hair loss and was completely taken advantage of by this Sarah and her sister who works with her. Sarah was unwilling to talk about even a partial refund despite the fact that these so called systems are clearly very cheap and she has to be grossly over charging for them. Sarah had no interest in listening to my despair or dissatisfaction she simply wanted my hard earned money. I should have realized this from her policy of having her clients pay before they can even see what the system looks like. For someone who advertizes how much she cares for and empathizes with those unfortunate to suffer with hair loss, Sarah was extremely cold and unmoved by how miserable I felt in her hairs system . She refused to talk about even a partial refund, I was taken in by a skam artist.

This client said her reason for coming to Suisse was because she "wanted a new look". Her hair was short and limp but she wasn't experiencing hair loss. We told her during her free consultation that she really didn't need more hair, but rather a more complimenting hair cut, however the client desired more volume, so we discussed creating a natural hair integration system to acheive her goal. We proceeded in taking her measurements and two hair samples, one with highlights and one without in order to match her existing hair to the best of our ability. The client signed her contract and put down a 50% deposit to have her custom hair integration system put into production. This is standard practice for all custom ordered products around the world.
When we delievered the customized hair integration system and styled the client's hair (based on photos she provided), she absolutely loved it! She was amazingly happy with the results, she hugged and thanked the stylist as she paid her remaining balance. A day later, she called to tell us that her seventeen year old daughter commented that she didn’t like the new look, but did not mention that she was suffering from a migraine, nor did she ask for a refund.
We talked about ordering another system with less density and more highlights. She agreed to the re-order and made another appointment. At this point another customized hair integration system was ordered and sent into production at no additional charge. Weeks later, she called and cancelled her appointment. Since hair integration systems are custom made specifically for each client and cut for each individual's style, we cannot issue refunds as it clearly states in the contract that client's sign. It also says on the receipt "all sales final". The second hair system is currently in production.
In conclusion, we find it very disheartening that this client's family and friends woiuld display such negativity towards her. If only they had known how thrilled she was with her new hair, they would be ashamed of themselves. The before and after photos of this client speak the truth. The accusations made by this client about Suisse are far from accurate.
