i tried to do what was told to me. to talk to her first in person.to offer a mediator and or arbitrator.she declined,and said just forget about it.

we feel that our case was overcharged,and handled badly,and i was treated poorly.

you said that we did not tell you everything about our case in the begining,which we did.

we suffered emotional distress

improper advice

you said in the begining of our case that you thought it was not a problem.
then you tried to quit and or have me fire you half way through our case ,because you said you did not realize how difficult it was,and that you didnt have enough experience in this type of case.
then if i fired you ,you would give some money back,because you had not filed everything that you wanted to.just the i130,and not the fileing for hardship,which i knew i did not qualify for,and would have cost me thousands of dollars to do ,coming back,paying for a place in amercia and the philippines.and if i wasnt there for nidas interview in manila explaining what happened she might have been put on the banned list for 10 plus years.

you also advised to hire a lawyer in the philippines to bring to our interview,which nobodys heard of doing before,so i did not.

we still cannot figure out where all the money went for,from our estimates,the money you recieved does not add up to what was spent and done.according to our agreement.
