SUMEER HOMES Unfair dealings with the public Irving, Texas

This builder built me a home in Waxahachie, Texas.  The only things that were fair was the price (slightly over $200,000) and the sales person.  Doc Bouchard.

Doc tried his best to make the transaction go smoothly but it seemed that everything that he tried to do in our behalf, the Corporate office vetoed.  Finally he insisted that Sumeer Homes give back our deposit.  I was with my husband in his office when he called his supervisor who said in no uncertain terms "H_ _ _ NO we are not returning their earnest money.  So we reluctantly closed on the deal and lived in the house for 2 years.

Everything that could go wrong with the house after we moved in, did go wrong, but that is a different story.  There were things that were supposed to be fixed at our final walk through that were still to be done over two years later.

The only honest dealing with Sumeer Homes was with the sales person and we would buy from Doc again, only not with Sumeer Homes.
