I originally purchased a package for Orlando, a cruise, and either Ft. Lauderdale or Daytona, plus an extra stay of 2 nights at any other resort.  I had not used it in the allotted time period, and they called me offering an extension, and further options, if I would pay $598.  I declined, and the price dropped to $498, then $398, and more travel opportunities were added.  I ended up with a package including:
- 5 days in Spain
- 3 days in the UK
- 3 days in Wales
- 3 days at "one of our beautiful destinations across the country"
- another 3 days, same as previous
- 5 days in Cancun
- 3 year extension
- 2 years travel insurance

I have this on a letter from them in my possession.  It is also stated the same way on the website you go to to check on your travel package (greatvacationsnow.com).
I booked the trip to Orlando, and actually used it.  We stayed at Calypso Cay Resort, had to attend a promotional tour, and not once was the name "Summer Bay" spoken.

When I called to inquire how helpful they would be to book the trips to Spain, UK, and Wales to be used consecutively as one big trip, the woman told me I shouldn't have all 3 of those, only one.  She went and talked to somebody, and came back with the same information.  I then was shuttled to the next higher-up, who refused to refund my money, even though I said several times that, since the deal was fraudulent, he must be able to refund my money.  He did refund me $150.00, supposedly the value of the extension, but refused to do more than that.

From checking their website, I also have the feeling that they give the impression of having more resorts in more places than they actually have.
