Summer Bay Resorts nightmare of a company, low life managers fire and pick on and single out employees for no reason, jerks, low lifes, belligerent, unfair, rude, ripoff company and vacation sales Orlando Florida

I got hired to work at summer bay resorts. First off, I would recommend for people to never purchase anything from this scam company as there are reports about this horrid place and how they take advantage of consumers-- they are a huge rip off and rip off customers, with their vacation packages. This company basically just needs to be shut down. Secondly, orlando is full of these pathetic telemarketing call centers, run by schmucks, jerks and arrogant low life creeps who liek to bother or pick on employees who aer generally far more intelligent or educated than they are. I have never experienced a city like this or the kind of ignorant scum people you find here-- unintelligent classless people that seem to just despise those who are gifted, or smart in any way, and have to isolate them or put them down in some form. I came to training at this hellish company, and everything seemed ok. Went into the training room and sat in a back seat. Because I personally do not liek being around a lot of people since i am sensitive to perfumes, I requested if I can sit in the back where i was sitting. The creep trainer who was this arrogant low class pig with a smirk on his face, kept insisting I move to anotehr seat. I just asked if I could stay there, nicely, and then he went and moved a chair to another table, on a corner and asked me to move there. I went and moved there with no problem and began conversing with an acquaintance and was comfortable and just waiting for training to start. Then he comes back adn asks that I move to the back and they had a table tehre for me. Of course I had no clue why he was asking that again since everyone was sitting comfortably, but I went ahead and moved again to the back. A man went and took that table area, and I just sat back in the back seat I was in before. The trainer then came 'again' to ask me to move to another seat, and I explained to him again or asked if I could just sit there b/c I didn't like being that close to people especially if I had the option fo sitting back there. This is the simplest thing in the world--it's seating.. it's not a big deal.. why was this jerk of a manager maknig me move to 4 different locations with regards to seating, which is not fair right or professional to do. I just politely said "oh can I stay here" and this jerk then said BYEEEEE and asked me to leave acting as if kindly requseting to stay in a seat after being moved around 4 times was being belligerent or rebellious and then apologized to the training class evidnetly for my 'ill' behavior. This to me was so absurd, and this mistreatment and picking on and singling out a snigle employee was utterly wrong unjust and very very unfair. I am a highly educated person with a degree, and have manners, and a lot of sales/telemarketing experience. I was being treated in an animalistic and derogatory manner being moved around many times, while no one else was, for apparently no reason b/c some low class psychopath of a manager wanted to get his rocks off moving me around, and the moment I just requested if I could stay where I was I got fired. This is discrimination and mistreatment in one of the highest ways and it should nto be tolerated by any means. This is a really pathetic company overall, and just by the way I got treated as an employee I can only imagine the reputation and credibility of the cmopany itself if such slimeballs and sleazeballs work there who think they can get away with doing this to women. I then went to the secretary and comlpained to her about what happened, and said I was moved around 4 times for absoltuely no reason then when I just requested to sit in a particular seat the jerk trainer literally fired me on the spot...instead of them being appalled at his ill and irrational behavior towards me, she sent me to the general manager who again instead of saying ok this isnt' right and what he did was wrong, said "well i'll get HIS SIDE of the story with regards to what happened and then get back to you but as of now you're fired." Excuse me? I'm fired because some jerk told me to move around 4 timse and a simple request to stay in a particular seat was grounds for termination? a request from an employee to sit in a seat?? this is almost a violation fo someone's rights as a human being and employee...then after consulting with each other they decided to send me over 'to the other office" which was a mile away.. well I knew being sensitive to chemicals those small rooms they have generally are full of sprays adn fumes and lo and behold it was and I was even unable to go inside. I'm just shocked at this society and especailyl these nasty companies here in orlando who are run by low life jerks and creeps who do this to people.. they fire people for insane reasons irrational and unfounded reasons nad pick on them and single them out for some kind of bizarre sadistic fun almost.. i had a relative call the secretary to attempt to mediate for me.. my main problem wasn't getting fired it was the method manner and reasonnig or lack thereof behind it.. and the mistreatment and unfairness that occurred.. which this company or any company should "never" get away with it.. it is clear and pointless discrimniation of a female employee for no reason at all...it makes no sense why someone is being moved around so many times in a training room then the moment they just asy "oh can i stay here" they get fired? what kind of nasty company is this and how on earth do they thinkt hey can get away with doign this to employees??
when my relative called to speak to a 'manager' the jerk yelled at her and said "oh ive never had a RELATIVE call for an ADULT before" and were literally fighting with her. These are such classless unprofsesional sick and stupid people in my opinion.. it doesn't matter who 'calls for me' as I attempted to mediate the situation on my own and got nowhere with it- the point is extreme and unfounded discrimination and firing of an employee for absolutely "no" reason at all, and getting away with it. As I called them and attempted to explain to these jerks and losers that I can't work at that other place, the 'secretary' said to em "well I have the POWER to hire and well this this and that and we talked it over and there's ntohing we can do." Huh? you begin training with people, request for them to move several different spots, their request to askt o stay at a location is grounds for terminating them and there's nothing you can do? Someone please shut this company down...if this is the manner in which they treat employees, and people they have absolutely no right being in business whatsoever, they aer a horrible company run by really nasty people slimeballs and scumbags and should never be allowed to do this to employees or anyone working there or trying to work there. and don't ever waste your money on their pop up vacation ads you find on the internet-- it's all a scam as well to take your money rip you off and leave you with nothing...
