Summerset assistant living fraud Atlanta Georgia

On April 23, 2015 I applied for a CNA position at Summerset Assisted living. A few days letter they asked me to come in for a interview, and told me the position i would hold and that i needed to take a drug test. Mr.Willis gave me a few papers with the directions to the facility and said i would need to take  a drug test. When i arrived at the facility they informed me that i was scheduled to take a drug test, a physical , and a hepititis shot and that i would have to pay for it. I called Summerset because i didn't believe this. And they informed me that i had to pay for it. I wished he had informed me of that before i went to the facility. Anyway the total was 201.00 for all test. Then i was informed that i would have to pay an additional 160.00 for 2 more shots for the Hepatitis shots. So in all a total of 361.00 for all test. I figured i would have a job so i decided to pay for the test done. Which i will have to come back on May 23, 2015 for another HP shot, and another one 3 months later. For weeks i heard nothing so i called to see if my test came back, and they informed me the test came back the next day. So i called Summerset at least 4 times and finally got a call back for Mr. Willis. He informed me that he didn't get all of my test back yet, and that they had put a freeze on hiring. I asked him when did they decide that and he said about 2 weeks ago. I said so i am out of almost 400.00  and have no job. And you never informed me that i would have to pay for the test, and then never called me to tell you had the drug test back? Not only am i out of money that was used for my rent, but out of money i didn't have in the first place. These people were dishonest and it was obvious they did not think about me at all, or other people that they probably did the same thing to. I just want my money back and money for the additional HP test that i will have to take. I have never applied for a job with a company that would do anything like this. Everytime i took drug test i was at work within 2 weeks. I was not looking for employment anywhere else because i knew i had this job. They need to be exposed for what they are, and i consider them crooks. While i was there the owner of the facility was standing on 2 pieces of paper and instead of picking it up herself she asked the receptionist to come over and pick it up. That should have been a sign right there. Please help me get my money back . I would appreciate it. Thank you, Ms. Scott
