Summit marketing AKA SMA Timeshares is a total rip off they contact you knowing all the details of your timeshare and say that they can rent them for X dollars. They make a lot of promises but do not do anything but take your money. After 4 months with no response they will not even talk on the phone. Avoid this company at all cost
