This is something you should be aware of if you should be a client of Summit.

I am writing this for a good friend of mine as she just doesn't even want to think about these people anymore as their empty promises have left her without hope in an already horrible situation.

First off the care you receive is outstanding... they will do everything they can to help you.  they are fairly knowledgeable.  But please be aware that everything you say WILL be sent to your insurance company and regardless what they say they are working for said company.... not you.  They will say everything you need to hear to keep you coming to them but when push comes to shove they will not stand behind you regardless what they have said to you in private.

A very good friend of mine ended up loosing everything because she trusted that these people where going to stand behind her and help her, as they said they would, in her battle against Sask WCB.  She had counted on them being behind her and when the time came they wanted nothing to do with it and left her high and dry.

When called upon to verifly their own reports written by their employees they denied everything which is all WCB needs to write off the reports so they can't be used in her claim.

She is now in a fight she can not hope to win and has even lost her home.

So be very careful not to trust these people or to count on them for anything but help with your rehab.  Once you are no longer a client they won't even return you phone calls.

Again, please be careful. If they make you promises get it in writing or it don't count for nothing but empty words from empty hearts/souls.
