Summit is not holding anything hostage (unless it's illegally). They just want their money in order to deliver your belongings. How do they not have a legal contract? You had to sign something in order for them to have your things to begin with. Pay them and they will deliver your items.

No, I do not work for them or have ever in the past. Believe what you want.
