Mr Rhodes of Sun Cities Financial strong armed my terminally ill elderly father into buying TEN year fixed annuity with terrible tax consequences for his heirs.
These guys use very complex terms and illegally misrepresent these annuities because they get paid very high commissions for doing so by Sun Cities Financial.
Stay away!
