sun dial realty Cabrillo point apartments/ cabrillo point apt bed bugs and no help mesa Arizona

I recently encountered bed bugs in my apartment. This is not a new issue in this complex. but my problem stands with management (Jerome) and propperty owners (Sundial Realty). when i first discovered the problem i tried to contact jerome but found that he was on vacation. So i contacted the property owners in person.

When i went there, the receptionest said that i needed to speak to Diane and she was not in. So i left my name and phone and went home to wait for someone to call. 3 days later i tried to call her since  i had not heard back. I was told that Diane was not in again but that a work order was issued.

Then on Tue the following week i tried to reach my manager (Jerome) and still had no luck. So i called Sundial again. i was told that i needed to talk to Jerome because he is in charge of the property. The next morning i went to the office and found Jerome there. I explained ther problem with the bed bugs and that due to my c.o.p.d. that chemall treatment was going to be an issue, At wich point he said do what you want. cause i dont care. I am just going to bill you for whatever you do. and the property is sold so as of october 28th its not my problem any more. Jerome then stuck his fingers in his ears, and start saying la la la la like a 5 year old child would do, then slamed the door on me and my sister and locked it!

i still have bed bugs in my place and i have since learned that i am not the onlly person in my complex to have this issue. please if any one has any answers for me, please.
