Where do i begin? First let me just pre-warn anyone who is reading this to double think getting service with this company.

Secondly, I purchased these phones last March, 3 lines of service, 3 Sony Ericsson Z520A phones. All three phones messed up with in 7 days. We returned to the store we bought them and they claimed that had to give us the same model phone, so we got 3 new phones for faulty damages on the phones. Three weeks later 2 of the 3 phones started to display faulty problems. We all had insurance on the phones, and they stated that we needed to contact Sony Ericsson the manufacturer of the phones we had, after a hour long debate with them they explained that they were not in fault for the phones and to contact our insurer on the phones. So , we did naturally, got a case number and returned to the store where they stated we could get the same or similar phone. When we arrived they stated they would not even give us a different phone, not even the cheapest in the store that we had to pay a 70 dollar charge for the same faulty model phone. So, we decided that we would wait and think it over.

Over a month and a half span we started recieving charges for stuff we didnt even use or know about, internet charges, and uknown charges, we had the store look at our phones, and they stated that the phones was in bad condition causing different things to go wrong. In my contract and terms of conditions it stated that my insurance would replace the same or similar model phone or cheaper phone as requested. So we tried once more to recieve just the cheapest working phone they had. and once again got the cold shoulder and nothing was done, after 2 more months of us paying for these bogus charges they didnt know about, we called and wanted to speak to someone in a higher branch of the comapany, the first woman i spoke to was very rude, cut me off, wouldnt let me explain, was telling me i didnt have a right to talk, so i asked her name and extension and wrote that down and asked for a supervisor, so calmly a woman picks up the line after 30 minutes of waiting, she starts off by explaining what she saw on the computer, then i started to explain the situation, same event repeated itself, she didnt want to hear nothing about it, so i asked to get a adress to reach someone in the human resources department or home office for the company, they refused to give me any information and was being cocky stating that they didnt have to give it to me, told me to read the terms and conditions so while on the phone i pulled it up and read word for word outloud in front of her and my family and proved her wrong. she put me on with her supervisor and he was off the charts with his attitude and rude behavior treating me like i was nothing and didnt want to discuss nothing, he told me something that made no sense and stated that was my solution and kept taunting me on the phone stereotyping me. I stated to him that this wouldnt go unheard and that i knew about the law and that the conversation was recorded he stated that he knew, and kept on. He stated that he would not give me any information....and we went over the written policy that i recieved and the posted one on the internet, the policy stated exactly what i was explaining to him and he stated that the policy wasnt listed on the one i signed or the one on the net and said there was nothing i can do but deal with it.

BE WARNED!!!! THE TRUTH IN WIRELESS IS A RIP OFF AND THEY VIOLATE THE LAW AND YOUR PERSONAL RIGHTS!!!

i felt like it was slander and unappropriate behavor being displayed on the phone towards me and my wife on levels that shouldnt have been reached. I will not tolerate for someone to disrespect me and my family and me pay them like clockwork. They lost a loyal customer and if there is anyone out there that can help me please reply to this.

Charged me bogus charges and when explained didnt want to do anything about it, was a supervisor and refused to give me any information on his superiorers. Was rude to me and profiling me, in a harsh manor, i had insurance on my phone and he explained even if it was faulty they would not replace it. Very rude to my wife aswell. BEWARE!!!! This company preys on there customers. I have been with them a little less than a year now, and now they act like they want replace my phone b/c its faulty, and its covered under there insurance, and its running up charges because of it being faulty acting.......Was a very unpleasing experience and would like someone with authority to please contact me so i can do something about this. i feel as if he slandered me and my wife and is going against company policys, my rights, and state laws. BE WARNED!!
