Sundance Vacations Tri-State Financial Being Typical Relentless, Agressive Sales Pitch Using People Who Will Not Refund Me For Unsused Services Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania

Basically, after giving into purchasing a time share through Sundance Vacations, I decided that I did not really need it and could not really use it at this point in my life. I only put the first down payment in. As the first payment of the month was approaching, I decided to email them with a detailed cancellation notice. Knowing and hearing that Sundance Vacations are a hassle to deal with and will not let you cancel memberships, I stated everything incorrect they have done (misrepresentation of material facts by commission and omission, false advertisement, and stating our contract cannot be cancelled when it really can based on the FTC 3-Day "Cooling-Off Period" here in Illinois. I can go on and on, however I emailed a "Shannon," who hasn't even replied. A Sandy replied and asked that I call her so she can talk to me off the records, however I want to do everything documented via email. She then said, "this is her last correspondence," if I don't call her about cancelling my contract and refunding me. So I resorted to reporting on here.
