Our company DVA Inc. in CA. purchased a return-to-retail, used or promoted as mostly new with broken shrink wrap and returned goods lot of DVDs and Blu Ray movie titles from Sunday Seconds.  We were told that although all the titles had been retreived from the crusher, so effectively pulled from the trash, that the goods had all be checked and any broken disks, broken cases or badly damaged artwork were not in the load.

DVA is very familiar with used home entertainment product and this lot was of interest, based on the titles.  We inspected the load prior to shipping and except for a lot of wrinkled art work the product appeared in good shape.  Upon delivery of the goods, we immediately found the disks to be more defective than working product.  The total we assess as defective from the entire load is as high as 70%.  We alerted this problem to Sunday SEconds and Mr. Lesorgen.  He stood by his "visual" check of the product, knowing that that goods where never checked for Playability.

DVA believes that the lot of DVDs and BD disks was being crushed due to defects.  Sunday Seconds may have not know this, but they should have honored the problem when discovered and, as any scrupulous business would have done, taken the return of goods for at least a partial refund to keep their customer whole.  Sunday Seconds has declined to respond to calls and emails since this problem became clear.

This leaves DVA to believe we have been defrauded of funds over $25,000.  Do not buy from this company, Sunday Seconds, or have any business dealings with Seymour Lesorgen if you value honest business practices.
