Placed order on 5/4/2015, and website states orders are shipped within 2 days. When I hadn't heard anything, I emailed the company by clicking on their "contact us" link on their website. Got no response. So on 5/13/2015 I responded to the "successful payment" email I had received on 5/4/2015 to find out if my glasses were even shipped. I was told she would forward my email to the after sale cs and they would respond to me soon. Of course, no response. I sent another email on the website under "contact us" with no answer again.

I sent another email on 5/14/15 to safina Linda, which was the name on the email I received after responding to the email regarding my successful payment. I was told my order had shipped and it normally takes 10-18 days to ship and that I should wait patiently for it!! Even though the website says 2 days! At that point, I of course knew they were scam artists!!!

I received my 4 pair of sunglasses on 5/15/2015. ALL 4 pair were NOT what I had ordered!!! SO, I sent yet another email to safina Linda to ask how to return these glasses because none of them were what I had ordered. Now the website of course says they are committed to total customer satisfaction and if not happy for ANY reason, return the glasses for a full refund. Her response to me, was, and I quote "we feel very sorry for that. Products are shipped from the factory, we have told them to ship as required and maybe they have made the order wrong. We cannot reship it to you now as shipping is not cheap at all and also your high cost of return. So we do not suggest that you return it. Because all of our products are of very good quality but that the only problem is that th efactory shipped wrong products. We promise you that the quality of our products has no problem at all. For such a situation, according to our company's clause, we suggest to give you 20% off when you buy next time. Thanks for your understanding and patience."  As if I would ever order from them again!!

Their glasses are very cheap plastic and definitely not good quality and to suggest you keep what they sent you even though it's the wrong product?!? PLEASE---do NOT ever order from this website!! They just scammed me out of $65.00 and I want to make sure to save everyone else that headache and hopefully stop them from ripping people's hard earned money away from them for some cheap sunglasses and you don't even get what you ordered!
