Sunland Insurance Made a change on my policy and I never knew Madera California

 This Insurance Agency Made a change on my insurance policy witch I never found out until I had an accident. The lady running the office ( Christina) made a mistake but she never told me about it. When I had an accident I made my claim and rented a cat from Hertz. My adjuster told me I did not have rental coverage and I already had a the rental for two weeks. I ended paying about $500 out of my pocket. When I went to speak to Cristina she said ( ohh, I remember a year ago you told me I don't need rental coverage because nothing ever happens to me.) I was like what? Why wouldn't I get rental coverage I told her ( I told you I did not need road side service cause I havery it through my car still. I had to walk out of that place I was so upset I could punch the lady did not even said bad word to her I was very respectful.
