Do not even think about buying anything from this company or these people.  I odered two 30 tube evacuted solar panels from them and waited over a month with not even a word from them.  Then they promise it will be shipped in two weeks.  The two weeks thing is their favorite line to use...everything will be done in two weeks.  I then demanded a refund and of course am still waiting for that.  I'm out over $1900.  I am reporthing them to the Attorney General and consumer affairs of New York ...plus filling a legal suit against them.  Ed Gunn was the initial sales person who sold me the panels and of course good luck trying to get a hold of him after they have your money.  There is a Linda ? who is the account manager who feeds the lies at the front desk when you try to get your money back.  You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!   This is far from over...I will either get my $1900 back from them or I will make sure they get $1900 worth of bad publicity.  Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from SunMaxx...they have locations in California too.
