Sunnova Sunnova Energy Ripoff report damaged roof 20% solar system productivity Houston Texas

This company did a horrible job, damaged my roof and now don't want to help me at all - they just blamed me and that's it.

First, they installed Solar panels attached to the middle of a plywood of my attic, and 2 pieces are actually broken and folded inside the attic.

2nd, in about 2 month after the install was complete, a piece of my roof tile WITH A NAIL IN IT FELL OFF and landed to my pool solar heater panel, causing a huge damage in it.

I was trying to contact them about the plywood first, and the contractor that did the installation, Nexus Energy, was trying to schedule an appointment to check what's going on. And All they did - just went up to the roof and made pictures. AND THEY NEVER EVEN GET TO MY ATTIC to checj the plywood, neither before doing the instal, nor after my damage report

Next, after tile fell of, I reported to Sunnova and they sent the 3rd party inspection. And all they did- whent up to the roof, took one more piece of tile of, made pictures and wrote that roof looks fine, the tile piece that fell of is withing 3 feet from the solar panels, and, AGAIN, THEY NEVER CAME UP TO THE ATTIC!

Sunnova (Roger Espin, Field Service install manager) on my request to send someone back and finaly check the attic told me, that noone was at home at the time of inspection, and that's why they didn't check the attic - MY WIFE WAS AT HOME ALL THE TIME!!!! - and that they not going to pay again for sending someone out.

AT THE VERY END THEY TOLD ME THAT IT'S MY FAULT, THAT THE ROOF WAS DAMAGED BEFORE THE INSTALATION. AND THAN HE ADDED: THERE WAS AN EARTH QUAKE IN MY CITY 4 OR 5 DAYS BEFORE THAT HAPPENED, AND IT CAUSED THE TILE TO FALL OFF. 

SERIOUSLY?????????????? That Earth quake was like 2.5 or something, AND NOONE instead of mesurement eqiopment NEW ABOUT IT.

And now my panels are working: for march they produced 131 KW of energy, and I'm paying $129 per month.

In the may they gonna produce about 155 KW.

WHAT A NICE INVESTMENT INTO MY HOME IMPROVEMENT: SOLAR ENERGY FOR THE PRICE OF $1 per KW!!!!!!!!!
