Sunrider International Termination to eliminate Distributorship Internet

I received the following e-mail and hard copy after 20 years of hard work and the exclusive effort to build a Sunrider business for life, as promised all the time :

Dear Alfred:

I write to inform you that Sunrider has terminated your account effective February 15, 2008, due to your verified involvement in another multi-level marketing company (E-Verge International).  This termination is based on your violation of the Cross-Sponsoring prohibition in Section 3(I)(I) of the Sunrider Business Guide, as well as your violation of the Sunrider Code of Ethics.

On January 12, 2008, you inadvertently sent an email from your Gmail account (aluckerbauer@gmail.com) to a staff member in Sunriders Business Service Department seeking to recruit the recipient to E-Verge International.  When we confronted you with this evidence, you denied sending the email because you couldnt find it in your outbox and because you didnt receive a return receipt from Sunrider.  Sunrider has compared the Internet header information for the January 12, 2008 email with other emails you have sent us, and based on this comparison we have determined that those emails were sent using your aluckerbauer@gmail.com account.  The Internet header information that we reviewed cannot be falsified, and furthermore, Sunrider has no reason to manufacture an email in an effort to suspend or terminate your account.  Your claim that this email is not in your outbox proves nothing (even if true), because outboxes can be emptied and/or deleted.  The absence of a return receipt in your inbox also demonstrates nothing because return receipts are not attached to every outgoing email, and the recipient has the option to not send a return receipt.  The only reasonable conclusion based on the foregoing evidence is that the E-Verge recruitment email came directly from you.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that your agreement with Sunrider obligates you to abide by our policies regarding the use of Sunriders proprietary information (including without limitation all IBO lists), even after the termination of your Independent Business Ownership.  Please refer to Section 3(I)(N) of the Business Guide - Advertising, Intellectual Property, and Proprietary Information - for further details.   
 
 
Upon Sunriders request, which is made hereby, you are also immediately required to return to Sunrider all Sunrider proprietary information in your possession, custody, and control, including without limitation all IBO lists.

   I'm NOT the first person to be terminated without cause, there are many other people and we are all scared about the business guide, which is only available to distributors and got changed 1 - 2 times a year, and the management of Sunrider International.   This report should be a public record .
