It never happened, I would call every day to get them to bring him down to meals, and to clean him.. sometimes it would be 5 oclock and he would still be unshaven, unshowered and had missed meals and or activities, because no one ever showed. Crystabelle in charge of caring for his cleaning needs, took notes on what I needed, what a joke, nothing I asked for was ever done, or at 5 if I called enough then he would be cleaned.. I asked David to make sure these things were done, and although he promised, it would last one day and then back to the non-caring attitude..
no one cares.. that's the truth. They act like they will take good care of your loved one but all they do is take your money, bill for for things you have never had and turn the other way. I don't complain, it's not my nature, but after a year of this.. I can't stay silent anymore.. Do not think about admitting someone you love and care about in Sunrise Assisted Living in Studio City. It is a sad, unstaffed, uncaring facility. Save your money..
