Sunrise Lighting Ripoff Dishonest Poor service Northridge California

Well I wish I would have checked out the rip off report before I placed an order with Sunrise Lighting. I run a small business in Richmond VA and I placed an order with sunrise two weeks ago for a job I have on Monday. The order just came in today and it's missing items. I called Sunrise and they said oh ya that item has been on back order for six weeks. I said why didn't any one tell me or call me. They said we don't call people for back orders. I said what am I suposed to do now this is for a job on Monday. They said find it somewhere else. I asked to speak to someone else and was told you are speaking to the boss. I asked for my credit card to be credited for the difference and was told they would.

I can't understand how anyone can run a business like that. They did not offer me any solutions at all and acually said their are more important things in the world than your missing item. I can't beleave he is the boss. Why did they charge my credit card for somthing they didn't have? Never buy anything from Sunrise Lighting.
