Sunrise Motors Inc, Now Changed To Sam Auto Wholesale, Deal's Name Is Sam Gilstein auto sale fraud Teterboro New Jersey

We planned to buy a used toyoto camry bybrid a few weeks ago. Then we went onto autotrader.com and found some listing with dealers or private sellers. We contacted this guy: his name is Sam Gilstein and his company at that time were called sunrise motors inc. We were inquiring about a 2008 silver Toyota camry bybrid. Then he told us that there is another car which is a 2009 green Toyota Camry Hybrid with similar mileage but cheaper because of the color. He also said that this 2009 car is specless, mint condition. And he has access to this car but we have to pay $500 deposit in order for him to get that car. If the car is exactly like what he described, we have to buy it. Otherwise we can get our money back. We checked the car VIN on carfax.com and everything looks good. So as simple as we are, we trusted him and paid the $500 deposit.

A few days later, we drove all the way from west of philadelphia to Teterboro, NJ. And he was not there. His secretary and another guy was there. They showed us the car, and it looked good and drove well. So we bought it. After we came back, we brought the car to local Toyota dealer ship. After a few minutes, they found out that this car had been in a big accident.The front hood, both right side doors and both suspensions are repainted. We were so shocked. We called him back to ask him why he cheated us. First, he told us that he didn't know and he will find out from the guy he got cars from. Then the next day, he doesn't pick up our phone calls and changed his voice mail from sunrisemotorsinc to samautowholesale.
