sunriseparkinglax.com wrongful charges , substitute ordering ticket and does not offer honest analysis , charged ten times more Los Angeles California

customer requested monthly parking rate , and was given ahead of trip. Rate was written on the original charging ticket .  as customer provided on arrival , Sunrise did not use the specific ticket with the given rate and was cheated by given a different ticket with a charge more than 10 times. ( 44 per week but was charged 10 times more for a monthly parking from Dec 5 to Jan 10.

The customer requested to speak to the worker on duty but was rejected. Since the rate was specificly discussed ahead of the trip and was written on the back of the ticket as what customer provided. Though on the return date, it was not charged accordingly due to late arrival and dimmed in lighting and Sunrise Parking does not even accept a benefit of doubt to offer re check with their employee

I consider this is really not honest and professional customer service which SunriseLAS parking is responsible for.
