SunRun Solar company promises savings on energy consumption and utility bills but only no savings are generated. with utility rates remaining the same since last summer and using less energy this summer compared to last i still payed more total over the last two months since SunRun was installed. I had a bill of 40.08 from Sun Run combined with a bill from teh grid for 94.47. My total bill last summer for same month as 116.56. How can Sun Run make statements like savings 76% on energy with these figures.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. the amount of time it takes them to install, inspect was over 6 month along with the poor performance and no cost savings.
