I have been going to this shop for a long time and unfortunately my business wasn't appreciated. My vehicle was repaired improperly which caused a significant transmission leak and ultimately transmission failure. They installed a radiator and negligently forgot to attach the transmission and coolant lines - I had it inspected by another mechanic out of state although weeks of damage was already done. The owner was not very helpful, apologetic, nor did he seem to to take responsibility for the issue. He instead thought it was in his best interest to blame the age of my vehicle, giving him adequate excuse to make a mistake and get away with it.
Did not offer a refund or repair. Said they would look at it but I would be out $500 to tow it back and was told they won't repair the damages anyway. I now put in question the experience of the mechanics working there and the fact they will not be reprimanded for making mistakes on someone else's vehicle (They said they stand behind their work, apparently no matter how poorly it was done). I see the owner posted on google reviews that customers should contact him first with issues, yet he put me on hold for 15 minutes in avoidance and I had to call back only to be blamed myself for their errors. Waste of lots of time and money this place! You know the quality and character of a business when an issue arises.

The owner is a fraudster. He tried to offer my 200 to remove this report. Do not trust this company or do business with them. They will destroy your car the way destroyed mine.

There was a serious leak in this vehicle

I serviced this vehicle for an oil change in California. We observed that the radiator was not installed correctly and advised the customer to bring the vehicle back to have the problem corrected. The transmission fluid level was very low. The owner is just trying to cover up the bad work done by his company.

170,000 Miles with Severe Lack of Maintenance

Let me start by saying, we value all of our customers, and because of this we go out of our way to try and make sure they are satisfied with the work we performed. This repair is no different.
Yes, we replaced the radiator as Mr. Hall stated, and informed him he was in severe need of regular maintenance to his 1998 Mercury Mountaineer with 170,000 miles. He declined.
A month and 1,200 miles later, Mr. Hall returned, he stated he was still leaking coolant (not trans. fluid). After our Technician inspected the vehicle, he found the transmission cooler line was leaking (not off). After the line was resealed he topped off the coolant and transmission fluid (which was barely a quart low) and test drove the vehicle. If the lines had been left disconnected as Mr. Hall stated, the car would not have made it out of our parking lot, definitely would not have made it 1,200 miles.
A couple of weeks later Mr. Hall called stating that his car was in a repair shop in California for a transmission problem and that we needed to take care of it. We had several conversations with Mr. Hall and the Manager of the repair shop in California in an effort to find out exactly what happened with the Mountaineer, and if it was anything related to the repairs we had made.
After the repair shop finished inspecting Mr. Halls vehicle, they let us know that the transmission was full with fluid, and that in their opinion Mr. Halls problems were caused by lack of maintenance, and high mileage, and in no way related to the repairs we had made.
The problems that Mr. Hall experienced are very unfortunate, but yet not something that we caused. We have a high mileage vheicle with very little maintenance which are the main factors for his transmission break down.
