Sunset Harbor Resort Lying SOBs Willis Texas

Resort was sold as a points timeshare.  We visited there finally after owning it for a few years.  The resort is beautiful and in a good location.  However our room was dirty. The counters were filmy.  The glass patio doors were smudged.  There was no furniture on the patio.  There was a mixed matched set of utinsels and very few of them.  No dish clothes.  No cutting board.  No toaster. No pots or kitchen accessories.  There were bedding still in the washer and dryer.  There were huge black stains on the sheets that could not be washed out.  

We were told we could rent our timeshare when we did not use it.  No such luck.  They wanted another $500 to join Red Week. Now they want us to pay up to $1995 to exit their property.  What about the $10,000 I paid for it. Please someone help us.
