Worst rv dealership ever. The service department is liars, clueless and extremly rude. We payed a service fee 3 times to not get anything looked at or done about the same leak they sold our brand new rv to us with.  Starting about a week or two of being in the rv we had water leaking inside the belly of our rv, mind you we bought this brand new .The service guy (CORY) that came out the 1st, second and finally found the problem the 3rd time said "it was overlooked while doing the pre delivery inspection(PDI THAT WE PAYED 3500 for)". They could and should  of found the problem the 1st time they came out if they would have looked properly. Instead our black tank leaked in our brand new rv all over our stuff we had stored in the belly for months causing mold everywhere and water damage. now they have had our rv for 2 weeks for us to find out they have not done any of they work and we are left paying thousands for a hotel with our 3 kids  while they pretend to fix the problem.They wont even acknowledg the mold that was cause by the black tank water sitting for months. 

Not one person from sunset rv have been on the same page,, every employee we have spoke to has told us different things......we had an issurance adjustor go out to look at the problem and see if it is covered with our insurance and they would not let him in our rv to see the problem.. this place is a joke and i highly recommend not buying from them nor having any work done on your rv by them.. We payed around 40 thousand dollers for a brand new rv that  had issues they sold it to us with!! The pre delivery inspection (PDI) that we payed extra for should have found that crack in the tank but was not and it is costing us so much money, when you buy something brand new you think you wont have problems but they dont care they sold you a defective rv cause its just about how many they can sell to make a buck. The service department don't care to do their work properly and don't have a care in the world for your situation... wrong place to take and spend our Hard earned money on.. we have called the bbb and the attorney generals office to see what kind of rights we have.....

I see so many people have had the same problem , we all need to file  complaints with the better buisiness bureau and attorney generals office and maybe they wont be able to get away with ripping us off, selling defective RV's, the rude, clueless service we all have got from them.. Lets all stand up to sunset RV
stay away from sunset rv!!!!    Take your hard earned money to a place that will appreciate your buisness and treats you like the valuable costumer your are!!!    It takes a minute to file a complaint..

 Something makes me think you don't understand RV functions at all I wonder if it was in the winter time that all of these water leaks come to life after the pipes froze maybe because you did not winterize the motorhome It's real easy for plastic water lines and the sewage tank black water and gray water tanks to freeze and bust apart Especially if you don't drain them and winterize the coach completely when you're not using it Neglect or carelessness is not covered under warranty You need to pay to spend some time with an RV mechanic to show you the complete functions of the coach that you bought and give you a list of I think you should be doing and things that you should not be doing You would have a lot less trouble if you got educated about all of the functions and all of the systems of your particular motorhome Blaming something on someone else does not make you look good Maybe your black water or your gray water tank is leaking because you busted it by not properly draining it in the winter time or you ran over something And caused it to leak but let me explain something to you about these type of tanks In defense of the RV dealership they cannot go to a local parts place and pick up a tank that specifically made for your coach because your coach tanks are different than many other coaches that are out there in use The RV dealership will have to contact the manufacturer and special order a tank that you need and given the fact that these tanks are special order products you need to learn how to take care of them otherwise you are the one causing the trouble not someone else Something makes me think that you're not telling all of the story did you forget to mention that they came out and worked on your coach free of charge a few months ago ? It's not good to leave out parts of the story if you're going to post to Rip Off Report do you need to post both sides of the story and get the truth out If this is your fault you should not be beating up the RV dealership who is actually trying to help you.
