I had a Gentlemen's Agreement via phone and e-mail to fly out to WA from CA to inspect and very likely buy a Motor Home. A 1993 Gulf Stream Tour Master from Sunset RV's in Bonney Lake WA.. The Salesman was Vic. My wife and I were scheduled to fly out on 1/7/14. The Salesman was to pick us up at the Airport.
10-12 hours before our flight he calls and says "I sold it...sorry... I got more money for it than you offered"....
We made last minute reservations and the tickets were non-refundable!!!!This is the way this Dealer ship takes care of customers...No Integrity, No Standards, No Conscience.
How could waiting one more day make a difference and he'd be honoring our Agreement. He could of told the "new Buyer" "I made a promise to this couple from CA that are flying in and if they don't buy it ...it's yours" But he didn't.
He chose to screw us over ....dispicable!! We are Seniors (74 and 70)...Unbelieveably Sad....We lost $826.00 !!!!!!!
I plan to follow-up on their deplorable practices and hope we get some fair retribution for our loss loss....We had an agreement!!!!This was wrong....very wrong....
