Bid and won a Canon EOS 40D Digital SLR Camera on ebay. Had to call to pay for item and was immediately slammed with numerous additional items that I did not want. Paid for item with Mastercard.

Five days later company called to inform that there was something "wrong" with the camera lens and wanted to offer me a different lens. Told them that I didn't want a different lens and to cancel my order. They told me in order to cancel the order I would have to leave a positive feedback while talking to them on the phone. What a mistake-cheated out of leaving a legitimate feedback on their practices.

Fifteen business days after cancelling this order am still waiting for my mastercard to be credited back over $1000. Repeated phone calls to company resulted in them assuring me that they would take care of it in 24-48 hours.

Filed a complaint with ebay and will inform anywhere that I can that this company should be avoided.
